Offer Description

The Dean of the Faculty of Animation and Intermedia at the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznan announces a competition for the position of Head of the Auditory Layer Studio at the Faculty of Animation and Intermedia.

Applicants must meet the requirements specified in Article 119 of the Higher Education and Science Act of July 20, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668) as well as 83 and 103-108 of the UAP Statute .

• A doctoral degree (PhD) in musical arts .
• The candidate should have a documented artistic record in the field of musical arts as well as visual arts and art conservation , along with experience in teaching academic courses on the role of sound and music in animated films.
• The applicant should demonstrate significant creative achievements and pedagogical experience in the aforementioned areas.
• The candidate should have a proven record in film music composition and sound design within the field of animated film and animation.
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level, both spoken and written.
