The selected candidate will be responsible for managing workstations, providing second-level technical support, and assisting end-users, ensuring compliance with company SLAs and contributing to continuous IT service improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure base operating systems (Windows).Install and configure devices (iOS & Android).Configure and manage workstations.Configure and manage peripherals (printers, scanners, barcode readers).Manage and track IT assets using dedicated applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations and peripherals.Handle second-level IT support tickets.Monitor and maintain SLAs for ticket resolution.Implement preventive actions to ensure service continuity and meet minimum service levels.QualificationsEducation: Degree in Computer Engineering or a higher education diploma in Information Technology.Experience and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows/iOS operating systems. Good knowledge of software distribution tools (especially MS SCCM) and solid experience in IT troubleshooting.Languages: Good command of English (minimum B2) and fluent in Italian.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with end-users, team-oriented, and results-focused.Additional InformationIf you feel confident about this position, don''t hesitate to apply.
