Title: (Associate) Business Analyst - Financial Risk Management - Kirchberg Description: A prestigious client located in Kirchberg is seeking an experienced (Associate) Business Analyst to join its dynamic Risk Models & Analytics team. This key role within the Capital Management & Financial Risks Division will allow you to directly contribute to the measurement, monitoring, and management of the institution''s financial risks. Key Responsibilities: Development, deployment, and maintenance of innovative quantitative models and IT applications. Close collaboration with stakeholders to align models and applications with business needs. Contributing to the success of development projects and change management initiatives. Ensuring compliance with data governance and data quality frameworks. Streamlining internal processes, standardizing workflows, and automating documents and electronic records. Providing support to internal clients regarding existing models and applications. Defining use cases for current and future models and applications. Qualifications: University degree in computer science, engineering, or another relevant quantitative field. At least 3 years of professional experience in model development, IT engineering, or innovation. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred. Business analysis and change management experience is a strong asset. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Business Objects, Microsoft 365, and Smart-IT.
