We are seeking a competent and well-organized Architect or Architectural Draftsman with interest in Construction Management (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Design and plan projects involving energy-efficient new constructions, extensions, renovations, custom and multi-family homes, as well as timber constructions with ecological building methods.
- Coordinate with authorities and external companies.
- Mentor trainees in CAD.
- Potentially combine with construction management tasks, depending on interest and suitability.
Requirements
- Qualification as an architect or architectural draftsman / civil engineer (m/f/d).
- Good experience with Archicad is essential.
- Openness to new techniques and architectural styles.
