Were looking for a BDR to prospect, pitch, and schedule calls to close dream getaways for Sales teams, Top Performers and fast-growing startups.
Your role: Unearth companies craving culture-shifting retreatsand make them fall in love with Wepleias magic.
What Youll Do
- Prospect & Pitch: Target decision-makers (HR and Sales Leaders, Founders and C level, Ops) via cold-call, LinkedIn, email, and creative outreach (e.g., Your team deserves a resetheres how wed design it).
- Book Discovery Calls: Turn Maybe someday into Lets talk tomorrowschedule demos for the Sales leaders.
- Close Early Deals: Own the sales cycle for startups and scaleups with quick wins.
- Crush Tools: Use HubSpot, Aircall, Piper, and your own guerilla tactics (Apollo.ai? Why not).
