We use science to save lives, and so can you. We arecurrently recruiting for a Director, Client Program Management tojoin the Program Management Team in France. The purpose of thisrole is to lead a team responsible for managing both internal (OXB)and client projects, ensuring these are delivered on time andwithin budget to the required quality. Our Analytical ServicesGroup supports the development of products through analyticaltesting to facilitate manufacturing and process development,ensuring appropriate quality controls and use of analytics. Yourresponsibilities in this role would be: - Ownership of ClientProgram Management capability for OXB , inclusive of management ofa team of Program/Project Managers - Membership of Global ProgramManagement leadership team - Contribution to Site Leadership teamand development of site capabilities - Oversight of all projectsassigned to the team while personally managing own projects asrequired - Ensuring delivery of both internal (OXB) and clientprojects - Maintaining client/partner satisfaction to ensuresuccessful long-term relationships - Managing Project teamoperations (planning agendas, scheduling meetings, preparingminutes, action items, etc.) - Managing timelines with internalteams and clients to identify/define resource needs - Working withthe internal team and clients to develop options, scenarios,recommendations, and integrated operational plans to achieveproject objectives We are looking for: - Degree or postgraduatedegree in Life Sciences - Project Management certification ispreferred - Broad and deep understanding of the full life cycle ofthe development of biological products, ideally within AdvancedTherapeutic Medicinal Products (ATMPs) - Proven relationshipmanagement skills enabling the ability to influence globally athigh levels in the client organisation to facilitate thedevelopment of long-term client relationships - Extensive knowledgeof Project Management tools, techniques, methodologies, and theskills required for their effective utilisation - Significantclient project management experience within thepharmaceutical/biotech services industry - Detail-oriented withstrong organizational and problem-solving skills - Proven strategicleader with experience in managing and developing teams About Us:OXB is a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO with amission to enable its clients to deliver life changing therapies topatients around the world.
