We are looking for our future Demi Chef de Partie, to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. Located in a prestigious 5-star hotel with 6 dining outlets, you will be at the heart of culinary innovation and high-quality service. If you are a creative, organized chef eager to thrive in a stimulating environment, this position is for you!
You will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie and your Supervisors in the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest 5* standards. You will help manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, while maintaining high levels of food quality and hygiene standards.
PROFILE
Prior cooking experience in a 5* hotel
Fluent in French, English, or Spanish
HACCP knowledge
Highly motivated
Detail-oriented with a passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience.
Strong interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
Position to be filled for the winter season, from December 2025 to March 2026.
