At Syngenta, every employee contributes to safely feeding the world and protecting our planet.To support this mission, we are looking for a:Biostimulants Portfolio LeadJob DescriptionPurposeManage and lead Biostimulants branding, pricing, value proposition, and supply/demand forecast optimization.Drive profitable market share growth for the assigned Biostimulants by developing product brand plans that meet customer needs sustainably.Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies to reach new or existing markets with innovative offers and stories.AccountabilitiesOwn the country budget, design national campaign plans for BioS, and fund strategic priorities to achieve sales and profit targets.Collaborate proactively in scouting, sizing, and negotiating third-party opportunities such as licensing, technology investments, or co-development.Serve as the entry point to Italy Biostimulants Product Management for regional counterparts.QualificationsExperience required for the job3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales roles within agribusiness.In-market experience within a commercial environment.Ability to build strong relationships with key influencers.Experience working in cross-functional teams internally and externally.Ability to handle complexity and uncertainty.Understanding of biologicals and relevant product and market experience.Critical Knowledge for the JobStrong agronomy and marketing acumen, with an understanding of market needs and trends.Data interpretation skills, converting data into insights.Excellent presentation and communication skills; fluent in English.Proficiency in computer skills, including Office, ERP systems, and applications.Additional InformationSyngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, or employment practices based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or other legally protected statuses.SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
