The R&D Coordinator will be responsible forensuring the on-time execution of all development phases from briefreception to product collection and/or new product launch. Actingas a central point of coordination at the R&D level, the roleensures smooth communication across departments and acts as atechnical liaison between Marketing, Production, Industrialization,Regulatory, Sampling, Stability, Compatibility, and Tech Transferteams. Main Responsibilities - Ensure timely execution of allR&D development steps in line with project priorities; -Collect and clarify initial project data in collaboration withMarketing and/or Business Development to enable R&D to beginformulation work; - Set up, track, and report on the progress ofR&D activities for each development project; - Analyze R&Dproject workflows and propose continuous improvement actions; -Organize and manage R&D project folders, ensuring structureddocumentation from brief to product release; - Prepare andcentralize technical documentation (processes, specifications,formulas, test results) required throughout the R&D developmentphase; - Verify the accuracy of R&D data and ensure effectiveinternal sharing for project management; - Monitor the planning andcompletion of all internal/external testing prior to launch(challenge test, safety testing, stability, pilot runs,compatibility checks, regulatory approvals...); - Coordinate withsuppliers or external labs for sample and data collection whenneeded. - Ensure full alignment with Marketing requests from atechnical standpoint; - Support or contribute to the drafting ofProduct Technical Data Sheets; - Assist in identifying andrecommending appropriate formulas in response to briefs, balancingtechnical, industrial, sales, and regulatory considerations; -Proactively contribute to innovation watch: analyze new productlaunches, monitor technical trends (new concepts, raw materials,textures...); - Propose new innovative concepts or formulas toMarketing and R&D; - Stay connected with suppliers to gatherinsights on emerging trends; - Participate in supplier workshops,raw material exhibitions, customer events, and trend-relatedactivities. - Attend and contribute to internal project reviewmeetings; - Raise alerts to management in case of project delays orrisks to the timeline. Skills Required - Masters degree with 3+years of relevant experience, or technical diploma with over 10years of experience in a similar role; - Solid background inR&D project management within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, orchemical industry. - Strong understanding of R&D processes andproduct development flows; - Skilled in technical writing andR&D project data management (raw materials, formulas, processdata); - Proficient in MS Office and R&D-specific IT tools(e.g., COPTIS); - Good knowledge of English (written and spoken). -Attention to detail and accuracy; - Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills; - Strong organizational and planningabilities; - Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meetdeadlines; - Team spirit, flexibility, and adaptability in adynamic environment.
