Our client is a growing and fast paced internationalcompany active in the insurance sector. They are activeinternationally and currently developing the business in Belgium.As FP&A Analyst (m/f/x) you will be responsible for: DecisionSupport: - Partner Account Management in reviewing profitability ofexisting accounts and modelling potential changes to commercialterms (ad hoc and regular) - Monitoring performance against targetsat a partner account level - Ad hoc financial modelling throughsensitivity analysis and scenario planning to understand businesschanges / identify potential opportunities and risks ProfitabilityMonitoring: - Reviewing monthly reporting prepared by Analytics andmonitoring variance to Plan/Reforecast - Identify and investigatemovements between actual and budgeted performance, providinginsights into underlying causes - Supporting the Financial Controlteam during close periods to understand variances to Plan -Maintain and report on product profitability by client/tier/cohortto identify improvement opportunities or risks to Plan Budgets,Forecasting & Operational Planning: - Detailed involvement inthe entire planning cycles (budget, 3-year planning, regularforecasts) - Compiling the business forecasts used for Operationalplanning - Preparation of the insurer Plan, leveraging regionalplan including capital planning and reporting to the insurer BoardThe required profile for the FP&A Analyst (m/f/x) position: - Adegree in finance/ economics - At least three years of experiencein audit (financial services), controlling or FP&A position -Knowledge of IFRS - Strong interest for the insurance industry -Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Capacity towork on your own and to take initiatives - Ability to adapt easilyand be comfortable with change What our client offers : - A fastgrowing company where you will participate building the activityand have the opportunity to evolve and learn - The opportunity tostructure your own role and have an impact on the business -Competitive salary package with benefits (company car, insurances,meal vouchers, eco voucher,) and two days/week of homeworkingInterested in this position of FP&A Analyst (m/f/x)?
