A fast-growing international company in thedermocosmetics and supplementsindustry is looking for anExport Managerto lead operations inGermany, acting as a key link between HQ and the local market. With two recent acquisitions in Central Europe, the goal is to professionalize the business, drive structure and support commercial growth directly from the head office.What you will do:Lead the commercial and strategic development of theGerman subsidiary, in close coordination with HQ.Take full responsibility for thePL, budgets, sales strategy, and team performance.Ensure alignment on marketing, supply chain, product launches, and local market needs.Bring structure to operations, processes, and team collaboration.Maintain regular presence in Germany (monthly visits), especially during the first two years.Oversee thePolish subsidiarywhen needed.Manage a portfolio of internationaldistributors(approx. 70% of role).What were looking for:Degree in Business, International Trade, or similar.Proven experience managing subsidiaries or international markets.Fluent German is a must, along with strong command of English and/or Spanish.Experience inFMCG, cosmetics, pharma or healthcareis highly valued.Analytical mindset with strategic vision and operational discipline.Strong interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and leadership capabilities.Whats offered:Key role in international expansion of a high-potential business.Project ownership and autonomy to shape a growing market.Hybrid flexibility: 1 official home office day per week + adaptable schedule.Travel to Germany approx. 30% of the time.#WeAreRSCRandstad promotes equal employment opportunities through diverse and inclusive teams.
