FX Sales Account Manager

Role Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager, youll focus on business development and account management, both building relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Working closely with the Dealing team and Compliance, youll be the interface between clients and the company''s FX services, ensuring clients have the best experience while meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- 360 Sales Cycle Management: From prospecting (cold calling) and lead generation to closing deals and following up post-sale.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships, facilitating smooth communication with the Dealing team.
- Sales Planning Execution: Conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing presentations, and implementing strategic approaches to upsell and retain clients.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends through financial press, webinars, and networking.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, consistently hitting sales targets and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
The Perfect Profile
- A strong understanding of the sales processes within the financial service/FX industry.
- Experienced selling spots, forwards, investments and/or payments to corporate and institutional clients.
- Strong grasp of end-to-end sales processes with persuasive, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Effective communication and influence, combined with a drive for results and a proactive approach.
- Fluent in English plus either Dutch, French, German or Italian.
- Ideally a holder of certifications in regulations and/or derivatives.
