We seek skilled engineers to lead the technical development of battery projects with international clients.Design battery pack system architecture and lead the technical development of battery projects.Calculate and design electrical and mechanical HV switch-off devices, HV conductors (including HV connection technology), and BusBars.Sub-component fusing strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications, and performance targets.Design and develop battery systems or sub-systems, ensuring they are functional, safe, and compliant.Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technologies, materials, and components for battery systems.Work with suppliers and partners to select and qualify battery components and subsystems.Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress.Key Qualifications / RequirementsTechnical education in Electric/Electronic Engineering or similar.Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a System/Architect Engineer in the automotive industry; previous HV battery development experience is a strong plus.Understanding of circuit design (digital and analog), embedded circuits (SoCs, etc.), and power electronics.Experience with vehicle wiring and harnessing.Knowledge of Systems/Requirement Engineering & Tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, MicroFocus ALM).Experience with 3D CAD (CATIA V5 and/or Siemens NX) is advantageous.Communicative, team-oriented, and assertive personality traits.Familiarity with vehicle development processes.Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.Availability for occasional business trips.EU citizenship or a full-time work permit is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
