Jobomschrijving Financial Management & Reporting -Preparing periodic financial reports and analyses for the CFO andexecutive management. - Ensuring timely and accurate financialadministration. - Coordinating the monthly and annual closingprocesses. - Ensuring compliance with financial laws andregulations. Team Leadership & Collaboration - Managing,guiding, and developing the accountants and business controller. -Ensuring efficient collaboration within the finance team. - Actingas a strategic partner for the CFO and other departments. Budgeting& Forecasting - Preparing and monitoring budgets and financialforecasts. - Identifying financial risks and opportunities. -Improving cost efficiency and profitability. Process Optimization& Compliance - Analyzing and improving financial processes andsystems. - Ensuring internal controls and risk management. -Preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with laws andregulations. Jouw profiel - Master''s degree in Accounting/Finance -Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the same role - Stronganalytical skills - Detail-oriented and well-organized - Teamplayer - Good communication skills - Knowledge of Navision is aplus - Fluent in Dutch & French.
