Act as the primary contact for all service-related matters, taking responsibility for conducting regular meetings with customcers to discuss service topics. Identify and leverage market opportunities in the after-sales sector to maximize customer value and drive product and service sales. Customer Care and Support: Customer Reporting and Meetings: Analyze service data and prepare performance reports. Maintain regular communication with customers to discuss service performance, assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and provide proactive solutions. Contract Management: Conducting contract negotiations and subsequently monitoring and managing customer contracts to ensure that all agreed terms are adhered to, and adjustments are made where necessary. Identify opportunities by evaluating relevant market trends and conducting market and competitive analyses. Offer additional products or services, based on the after-sales strategy to maximize value for the customer. Bachelors degree (or above) in economics, finance, engineering or related field. ~ 3+ years experience in after-sales service within a globally operating organization. ~ Chinese prefered and big plus, but won''t be a showstopper.
