Our client is a leading American real estate investment manager. Due to continued company growth in Europe, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Real Estate Research to lead the research function for real estate across EMEA. The Senior Manager, Real Estate Research will collaborate closely with research teams throughout the region, contributing to market insights and strategy development. The role is responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, driving key European initiatives, and delivering data-driven insights that influence investment and asset management decisions. This role also offers the opportunity to play a key part in global real estate strategy and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive real estate research, providing regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-regional teams to develop market insights and strategic papers focused on key sectors and markets. Analyze macroeconomic trends and investment themes within European and global real estate markets. Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including publications, reports, and market outlooks. Monitor key market trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Lead the oversight of the global research budget and subscriptions, ensuring alignment with global strategies and teams. The Senior Manager, Real Estate Research will meet the following criteria: Degree educated or equivalent 6-10 years' experience in a research or strategy development role within real estate. Strong understanding of capital markets and macroeconomic factors affecting the real estate industry. Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify key trends, and apply insights to influence strategy. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
