We are looking for a Valet / Guest Services Attendant for the next season to join our Front of House team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Reports to Front Office Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities:- Deal with all Valets operations (greeting guests and escorting them to reception; drive and park cars and shuttles, manage arrivals and departures) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.
- Coordinate with reception and concierge.
- Assist with all guest''s requests.
Requirements:- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred.
- Previous work experience in the same position in 5-star hotels.
- Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite.
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
Other requirements:- Effective and punctual written and verbal communication in order to update relevant colleagues and departments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a group while showing respect and willingness to share information and skills.
- Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks carried out. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities as changes occur while remaining calm in pressurized situations.
Benefits:- We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Valet.
- Start date: May 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
- Monthly gross salary as per CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13, 14 and TFR.
