We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation.
Your role
Analyse business requirements to develop functional specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system design options
Develop and maintain documentation for functional specifications, use cases, and process flows
Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and gather feedback
Provide guidance and support to business units during system implementation and training
Work with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure that systems meet functional requirements
Develop and maintain test scripts to validate system functionality
Monitor system performance and provide feedback on system effectiveness
Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Proficiency with UML, user stories and technical writing
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories
Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus
