Field Applications Engineer System Design

My client is a world-leader in EDA and System design solutions and they are seeking a Field Applications Engineer to join their team in Paris, France or Milan, Italy.

You will have a good understanding of system design and EDA and will already be in a customer-facing engineering position seeking your next career step. You will be supporting clients in a pre-sales capacity; building a technical campaign.

Paris, France or Milan,Italy based.

Field Application Engineer Requirements:

• Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering.
• Solid understanding of system design and EDA
• e.g. PCB design, signal integrity, RF or power integrity.
• Experience with automotive, ADAS, autonomous driving or aerospace/defence applications would be an advantage.
• Commercial acumen able to spot opportunities in a technical design and sell the commercial value.
• Fluent English and French OR Italian depending on location.
