The selected candidate will be responsible formanaging the entire product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizingcustomer requirements, defining the regional product vision, andcollaborating with other marketing business units and the salesteam to achieve company goals. Job Description - Market Analysis:Monitor and update market data, analyze the competitive landscape,support pricing strategy development, and evaluate competitorsprices and market shares. - Product Development: Collaborate withupstream marketing and R&D teams to analyze competition andproduct configurations; support new product proposals, identify andmanage competitive activities, and propose strategies for thedevelopment of both new and existing products based oninternational market needs. - Product Lifecycle Management: Definepriorities for product and customer requirements, support regionalproduct strategy, and work closely with R&D, sales, andmarketing to ensure goal achievement. - Marketing Activities:Coordinate and participate in promotional initiatives and industryconferences/congresses to support product and servicecommercialization. - Product Support: Contribute to marketingplanning through the analysis of marketing plans, competitors''sales strategies, market research, reimbursement systems acrosscountries, sales budgets, and strategic plans. Utilize customersegmentation and product positioning models to optimize marketingstrategies. - Sales Support: Work with local marketing teams todevelop and provide product and service support materials for fieldstaff. - Medical Education: Contribute to training activitiesaccording to the RACI matrix. - KOL and Consultant Management:Develop and manage relationships with key international opinionleaders and centers of excellence. Requirements - Degree inMarketing & Communication, Economics, Biomedical Engineering,or related fields. - At least 3 years of experience in theorthopedics or medical devices sector, with a background inmarketing or a combination of marketing and sales. - Excellentcommand of the English language (spoken and written). - Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.
