This is a strategic role youll shape brand identities, define narratives, and create content strategies that position them as leaders. You
wont execute daily content
but will work closely with a
Community Manager
to bring your vision to life.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead
social media strategies for luxury real estate brands.Define brand identity, voice, and messaging
to attract high-net-worth buyers.Plan and oversee
content creation across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Collaborate with sales, SEO, and performance marketing teams
to align strategies.Analyze performance metrics
and optimize strategies for engagement and lead generation.Take ownership this role provides full autonomy to lead and manage projects independently.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing agency
(mandatory). Strong understanding of
luxury branding , ideally in
real estate . Passion for
storytelling, branding, and digital marketing . Analytical mindset ability to use data to refine and improve strategies .
Highly organized and independent , capable of managing multiple projects.
Fluent in English and Spanish
(required). Additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of
Paid Media and Graphic Design
is a strong advantage.
