We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join the Italian TeamLets talk about responsibilities:Developing new business relationships (either from leads generated personally or by the Marketing team): making follow up calls, conducting new business presentations, making customer visits etcMaintaining and developing existing customer relationships to ensure orders/contracts are renewedFacilitating and participating in business negotiationsLiaising with all appropriate contacts both internally and externally to ensure that negotiations/deals progress smoothlyWorking closely with the account management team to support renewals where requiredWorking to achieve both individual and team targets (agreed) within budgetary constraintsUpdating and maintaining the System X2 in line with the Sales processProducing monthly forecast reports and statistics where applicableProducing proposals and presentations for customers and prospectsNegotiate the terms of contracts and agreementsGather market and customer information and provide feedback to internal teamIdentify new markets and business opportunitiesReview own sales performanceProducing quotes for customersLiaising with certain suppliers as applicableMaintaining a detailed record of all quotes, orders and invoicesMonitoring Costs where applicableLets talk about Qualifications and ExperienceRequired:Healthcare ExperienceProven pedigree selling into Private and Public sectorsTrack record of success in quota carrying sales roleProven ability to manage contract negotiations and relationshipsCapable of winning and maintaining key strategic accountsAbility to work collaboratively with the sales and technical teamExcellent written, verbal and presentation skillsVery strong organisational skillsAbility to multi-task priorities and projects, while balancing short and long term objectivesExcellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage a number of different projects/tasks at any one timeCan work alone and use initiative but also a team player who can help and support othersGood knowledge about sales procedures and merchant servicesAbility to achieve sales objectives effectively and efficientlyAbility achieve high customer satisfaction and maintain SLAsFast learner and passion for salesPreferred:Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to workloadConfident and determined approachMethodical and accurate with a good attention to detailHappy to at times work to strictly to deadlines and plan work according to timescalesAble to communicate in a professional manner with a wide range of people both internally and externallyOK, so what''s next?Joining us is more than saying yes to making the world a healthier place.
