We are seeking a Buyer Demand Manager to work across various divisions within our European operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive remarketing, be digitally savvy, and passionate about precision and excellence. Role Responsibilities: Guide demand management to optimize auction sales by aligning buyer demand with supply. Set criteria for evaluating and prioritizing auction requests, aligning with sales goals. Maintain visibility into market demand, inventory, and auction capacity to maximize efficiency and satisfaction. Implement governance to ensure transparency and alignment between demand and supply. Monitor auction performance, ensuring execution aligns with budgets and revenue targets. Standardize reporting on buyer trends, supply, and results for informed decision-making. Lead initiatives to enhance buyer experience and transaction success through technology. Support local teams in managing supply-side integrations, ensuring governance and alignment. Act as a strategic liaison among supply, buyers, IT, and other teams to facilitate communication and alignment. Engage stakeholders to improve market visibility, supply-demand matching, and auction outcomes. Strategic Thinking: Analyze market trends and buyer behavior to develop demand-driven strategies. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to forecast demand and optimize performance. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with buyers, teams, and partners. Process Optimization: Develop efficient demand management processes. Project Management: Oversee large initiatives ensuring timely and strategic execution. Technology Knowledge: Understand auction platforms and engagement tools. Negotiation Skills: Align supply with demand through strong relationships. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance and regulatory standards. Experience Required: Experience in auction sales, e-commerce, or supply chain management preferred. Background in demand management, sales operations, or strategic planning. Proven success in demand strategies and sales optimization. Cross-functional experience with IT, sales, and supply teams.
