Join our team and Be You Be Aptar.Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Aptar Italy or Spain, responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and other systems within the Aptar environment. The role also involves supporting other Commercial Excellence initiatives to enhance Aptars customer centricity and profitable growth. This position supports the development and execution of our commercial operating model, priorities, and best practices. The analyst will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of initiatives and sharing of best practices across regions and segments.The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports directly to the Global CE Director.As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, You WillDevelop the Internal Commercial MindsetOptimize the Customer ExperienceDevelop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, and Customer One-page dashboards)Act as administrator for the customer database, managing business requirements, customer documentation, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunitiesEnsure adherence to CRM and opportunity pipeline best practicesCollaborate with internal IS teams to improve internal systems continuouslyCarry out Contract Management activitiesSupport ongoing sales training frameworks with the Corporate University and provide key user support for internal systems to commercial teamsEducationRequired: Bachelor of Business degreePreferred: Lean/Continuous Improvement TrainingRequired Skills3-5 years experience in Sales Analysis, with strong CRM expertise.
