- Drive product innovation and integrate emerging technologies in the geospatial domain.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Business leadership to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Lead the planning and delivery of software projects focused on achieving business growth targets.
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Communicate technical vision effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you bring:
- MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven success as a Technical Lead within a startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing and launching commercially successful software products (ideally B2B).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C/C++.
- Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Extensive experience in designing scalable and robust software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Dynamic leadership style with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive for business growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
