Backed by one of Europes most respected and active mid-market private equity investors, our client is executing a buy-and-build strategy with a strong track record in the software sector.
The Role:This position will be based in France and focused on sourcing and executing acquisitions of France-based software companies with recurring revenues between 2M20M. You will take full ownership of the M&A lifecycle, from origination through to deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end M&A process: origination, evaluation, execution, and integrationManage multiple live deals simultaneouslyConduct financial due diligence, build financial models, and support negotiationsDrive the acquisition of 35 businesses annuallyCollaborate with key internal stakeholders and external advisors
Candidate Profile:58 years of M&A experience (investment banking, corporate development, or transaction services)Strong expertise in FDD, financial modelling, and valuationsProven ability to source and close deals independentlyExcellent interpersonal and team collaboration skillsFluent in French and proficient in EnglishStrong academic background
