For our client in the Diegem region, we are looking for an ambitious managing consultant! Are you French-speaking and an experienced HR professional with expertise in recruitment & selection, (executive) coaching, and/or assessments? Do you want to be part of a multidisciplinary organization and work for prominent clients? Then this is the ideal role for you!
What makes your work challenging? As a (managing) consultant, you will spend most of your time on recruitment & selection assignments for various clients in both the public and private sectors. You aim for a sustainable match between client and candidate by working carefully: conducting stakeholder interviews, creating profiles, writing engaging job advertisements, and selecting candidates.
Depending on your preferences, you can further explore areas such as (executive) coaching or assessments. There is also a challenge to build and improve the recruitment & selection service offerings by developing these services, seeking market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Profiel
Your Profile:
You are an ambitious HR professional, fluent in French, with experience in recruitment & selection, and possibly coaching or assessments. You have a master''s degree and several years of relevant experience. You possess strong communication skills, are capable of executing high-level projects independently, and enjoy collaboration. You stay informed about technological developments and apply this knowledge in your work. You have a commercial mindset, experience in creating proposals, and knowledge of additional languages like English or a second national language.
