Learn more at our website.What will you doThe primary objective of this role is to technically support the sales team both in presales and postsale activities, and to provide feedback on current market and customer information to the responsible business units. Silicon Labs'' IoT products include multiprotocol wireless SoCs, 32-bit ARM Cortex-based MCUs, and 8-bit 8051 MCUs. Our wireless portfolio supports applications like Bluetooth, Zigbee, Matter, Wi-Fi, and proprietary wireless stacks. Learn more about our 32-bit and 8-bit MCUs here: (Insert Link).ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to key account customers as well as channel partners.Support all phases of the design-in process to help gain design wins.Assist the sales team with presales activities such as customer training, demo board building, technical product presentations, troubleshooting, software programming, application notes, and workshops.Collaborate with Product Marketing and Business Units to provide updates and feedback in your area of expertise.Work as part of an FAE support team covering Southern Europe, based in Milan.Skills & Abilities You Will NeedDegree in embedded electronics or embedded software.At least 3 years of industry experience.Strong embedded C programming skills.Ability to understand chip, board, and system-level design.Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy and Zigbee/Matter is a plus.Familiarity with microcontroller design and RF design is a plus.Language skills: Native Italian, fluent English; Spanish is a plus.Autonomous work style.Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and potentially across Southern Europe.Based in Milan with flexibility for home office.Competitive salary plus bonus, pension contributions, insurance, phone, and car allowance.Additional InformationWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
