TIBA continues to grow and we launch our new line of business: CHARTERING

We are opening a new division at TIBA, a leading company in the freight forwarding sector, dedicated to chartering. This division offers specialized logistics solutions for full-load transport and tailor-made projects through chartered ships and aircraft. With this expansion, we are looking for talented professionals with experience in chartering operations management, negotiation with shipowners and airlines, and planning large-scale shipments.

Do you want to be part of this new challenge and grow with us?

We are looking for a Head of Chartering with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing:

• Procurement for project carriers, MPP tonnage, coasters and deck carriers.
• Chartering within bulk, breakbulk and project markets for coaster and MPP ships
• Strong operational knowledge.
• Commercial skills and business acumen.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
• Strong proficiency in digital tools.
