Wipro is looking for a Business Development Director for Switzerland.

Your mission:
As Business Development Director, you are responsible for client acquisition and the development of ongoing client relationships. Your experience in selling in the IT-Service industry in the Swiss market adds value for our clients and strengthens Wipros position.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on the acquisition of new clients across the Swiss market (German speaking part).
- Nurture and grow existing relationships.
- Conduct market analysis regarding new business and expansion opportunities.
- Benchmark against competition, as well as reporting and forecasting.
- Plan ramp-up and launch of new projects.
- Position Wipro as an IT partner of choice among defined target customers.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- 15+ years of working experience, including at least 5 years as a Sales Executive in the Swiss IT market.
- Experience handling larger outsourcing engagements within the IT-Service industry (pre-sales or sales phase).
- Proven track record of sales successes.
- Project Management experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Open, communicative, and team-oriented.
- Self-reliant and compelling.
- Analytic and conceptual frame of mind.
- Goal-oriented and resilient.
- Business fluent/native in German and English.
- Well networked at the CXO layers of customer organizations in Switzerland.
