TASKS
As an accountant, you will play an important role in the finance team. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and success of our client in the Netherlands.
The position is based in Brussels, with regular travel to Amsterdam.
Responsibilities :
Accounts payable/customer and cash management:
Accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payments and account reconciliations.
Expense accounting
Accounting for airline tickets
Integration of miscellaneous payments and customer reimbursements into the bank payment system.
Preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts / Bank reconciliations
Management of month-end and year-end closings
Relations with external organizations (Netherlands)
VAT declarations
Tax and social security declarations
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education:
Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Experience:
More than 2 years experience in accounting.
Skills :
Proficiency in information systems and Microsoft Pack Office (Excel).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in read and written Dutch Level B2/C1.
Personal qualities :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
High degree of integrity, professionalism and discretion.

Between 40,000 and 50,000 gross fixed annual salary
