Our client from Central Switzerland is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Requirement Engineer. Responsibilities
- Gather new requirements and independently or collaboratively develop solutions, acting as the interface between the customer and the development team.
- Ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented based on user stories.
- Serve as the technical sparring partner within the team, guiding your stories through the iterative development process to acceptance.
- Regularly present the implemented features to the customer.
- Work with the team to ensure successful project execution considering scope, costs, and deadlines.
Profile
- Higher education degree (e.g., BSc/MAS) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Analysis.
- Professional experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering.
- Experience as a Scrum Product Owner and in Agile Software Development is advantageous.
- Conceptual and analytical approach.
- Reliable personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
