The work is fast-paced and demanding, offering unique opportunities. The focus is on helping clients extract value from software solutions, with a flexible location within the EMEA region.Requirements7+ years of relevant experience with software solutions like Windchill, ThingWorx, Agile 9, NGC, Centric, Teamcenter, etc.At least 6 years in Business Process Consulting, including problem definition, architecture, and process design.Experience leading the implementation and deployment of scalable, commercial PLM solutions in client-facing settings.Ability to plan and track complex projects and lead teams in high-change environments.Knowledge of Agile and SDLC practices, including technical documentation.Previous consulting experience is preferred.Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex messages for stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in teams.Willing to travel up to 80% within the EU, with some international travel.Fluent in English; French skills are a plus.Legal authorization to work in the EU; visa sponsorship not provided.ResponsibilitiesBalance client obligations, support needs, and act as an ambassador for the firm.Design and develop business solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders.Engage with project sponsors on digital transformation and growth opportunities.Design technical architecture for ease of use and adoption across business groups.Oversee solution development, testing, and deployment.Lead the creation and sharing of intellectual capital.Collaborate with sales teams to present solutions and align terms.Manage internal and external teams, working closely with senior management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
