Job Title: Site Security Specialist
Location: Remote, flexible within Europe
As a Site Security Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, helping to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
- Contributing to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
- Applying excellent project management and execution skills.
- Utilizing strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Communicating effectively in written and verbal English.
- Engaging confidently at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.
This is initially a 2-year contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.
