This is a great time to join Ryanair, as we look to expand to 800 aircraft, and 300 million passengers by 2034.The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:The review and analysis of maintenance data relating to components and systems, the identification and resolution of reliability alerts, and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.Support process innovation and automation using Power BI and data programming.Working with Boeing and OEMs to drive reliability improvement into Ryanair’s operation.Support detailed cost/benefit analysis of reliability improvement options and making solid recommendations to executive management.Provision of reports and analysis of aircraft dispatch reliability and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.Participation in reviews with the worldwide 737 operators and influencing Boeing’s reliability priorities. RequirementsDegree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineer or B-1/B-2/CAT A license.
