Your mission as Business Manager at Ariad:

We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Manager. This role is a unique blend of business development, client management and talent acquisition, focused on growing our presence in the staffing and recruitment industry, particularly in the Digital Customer Experience, Tech, and Business Transformation spaces.
As a Business Manager, you will play an important role in the full lifecycle, from identifying and securing new clients to developing long-term partnerships and overseeing talent acquisition processes. Were looking for someone who thrives on the challenge of turning prospects into long-term partners and gets satisfaction from finding the perfect match between clients and candidates, knowing that you played a pivotal role in their journey.
What will you be doing?
Drive New Business & Prospect Relentlessly:
- Identify and win new clients in Digital CX, AI, Data, and Tech consulting.
- Use a balanced approachcold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networkingto fill your pipeline with opportunities.
- Establish yourself as a trusted market expert and go-to partner for talent solutions.
Grow & Manage Your Portfolio:
- Convert prospects into long-term clients and drive repeat business.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to match top talent with client needs.
- Oversee the processes from A to Z, guiding vacancy leads into vacancies and vacancies into placements
- Negotiate, sell, and close deals that drive revenue.
Match Top Talent:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to find the right professionals for your clients.
- Oversee talent aquisition processes end-to-end, ensuring smooth and efficient placements.
- Guide and support candidates throughout their journey, ensuring a perfect match.
What do you bring?
- A first solid experience in talent acquistion or business development in the staffing, recruitment, or consulting industry.
- You have a keen interest in all things digital.
- You have a fervent interest in fostering customer-centric relationships, thanks to your finely honed communication and people skills.
- You are passionate about prospection and you''re known for your commercial skills. You are always on the lookout for opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the team.
- You embody a persistent, go-getter attitude, dedicated to achieving "more-and-better" outcomes in every endeavor.
- You are data-driven. Numbers are your ally, you critically evaluate performance, uncovering the story behind the numbers, and showing initiative to make improvements.
- Your strong emphasis on prioritization and adept time management allows you to efficiently handle multiple tasks and commitments.
- In addition to being fluent in English, you bring a high level of Dutch proficiency to the table (French would be a plus).
