About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Lawyer with a hands-on mindset, passionate about digital law, data protection, and working side by side with tech and product teams. Youll be embedded in the Digital Hub of a major international company operating across 25+ countries, playing a key legal role in the rollout of digital products such as web platforms, mobile apps, and e-commerce solutions.
This is not a purely strategic or advisory role we need someone who can draft, review, and negotiate contracts, interpret regulations, and apply them pragmatically in complex digital contexts. You will interact daily with software engineers, product managers, C-level executives, and fellow legal professionals, ensuring that digital initiatives are both innovative and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and tech-related contracts.
- Provide actionable legal advice on data protection (GDPR and other local regulations) in a dynamic digital context.
- Ensure compliance across digital products being deployed in more than 25 international markets.
- Collaborate directly with engineering, product, and design teams to assess risks and implement legal requirements early in the product lifecycle.
- Work with senior stakeholders (C-levels, country managers, legal teams) across multiple jurisdictions.
What Were Looking For
- +5 years of experience in a top-tier law firm, ideally with exposure to tech clients or digital projects.
- Proven expertise or deep interest in Digital Law, Data Protection, and Tech Contracts.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical and non-legal profiles (e.g., developers, engineers, execs).
- High level of Spanish and English (youll be working daily with international teams).
