Responsibilities
Actively support the ISS product portfolio team to inventorize and/or produce powerbi to inventorize outputs and services proposed to agents, airlines and 3rd parties to identify:
Top products by distribution/volumesTop products by consumptionTop product by revenuesAreas of important duplication of distributed dataMethod of distributionIdentify products or services that may be consolidated with others or sunset
Helps reverse engineer the existing product where necessary
Actively support the ISS Product Portfolio team to write user stories for key products and services identified to be continued and enhanced or for New Product DefinitionActively engage product owner and business partner SME to translate solution needs into requirements, including defining business-driven acceptance criteria in partnership with the Product ownerSupport ISS Product Porfolio team to inventorize and update relevant documentation (Include the one in JIRA & ConfluenceSupport Agile practicesWorks with product owners in the analysis and design of the product implementationWorks with the Architect to align user stories to sequence diagrams where necessaryLiaise with the business and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues
Required skills & experience:
Experience of SCRUM Agile development environmentExperience of capturing business requirements and user stories with business-driven acceptance criteriaGood knowledge of AGILE methodologies, including JIRA & ConfluenceUnderstanding of API concepts and use cases, standards and micro-services, event-driven architecture.Good knowledge of PowerBITechnical writing skills BPMN knowledge is a plusExperience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups, developing systems and designing applications/process to address business needsExcellent English verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Location:
Madrid Spain (ideally 2 to 3 days a week in the IATA office in Madrid. However, remote working is acceptable based on a minimum visit to IATA Madrid Office 2 days a month)
