These products are developed and manufactured within the companys own group and distributed globally via subsidiaries and trusted local partners.To support the continued expansion of this dynamic company, we are currently looking for aManager Regional Market Access (m/f/d) Cluster Italy, France & IberiaLocation: Milano, Paris or MadridYour tasksAs Manager Regional Market Access, your core mission is to secure and sustain product access, reimbursement and pricing in direct alignment with Global strategy and consideration of local payer expectations. You will be an integral part of the Global market access team, working cross-functionally with Global teams, affiliates, and external stakeholders to effectively communicate our global value propositions and implement reimbursement strategies across Italy, France and Iberia.Develop and execute market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for the cluster, ensuring strong alignment with global strategic frameworksSupport HTA dossiers and P&R applications in collaboration with global and local teams, effectively communicating global value messages to regional stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationships with key regional stakeholders, providing local market intelligence to inform global strategic discussionsLiaise with local affiliates to reflect local needs in Access strategy definitionMonitor access landscape and pricing developments, sharing insights with the global team to identify opportunities and risksContribute to the development of global health economic and value communication tools, ensuring local relevanceServe as a strategic partner to the global market access team and local (commercial) teams, supporting product launches and pricing activitiesSupport global drug development efforts by providing regional insights relevant to clinical trial design, evidence generation, and reimbursement pathwaysYour qualificationsUniversity degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field5+ years of relevant experience in market access, pricing & reimbursement, or health economics, ideally within an international contextMarket Access experience in Italy, France and IberiaKnowledge of healthcare systems and HTA processes in key markets (e.g. AIFA, HAS, AEMPS, INFARMED)Demonstrated experience in engaging with external agencies and payer stakeholders incl. relevant stakeholder networkEloquent communication skills and a high level of diplomacyStrategic mindset with strong project management capabilities and the ability to work independently across diverse healthcare environmentsExcellent command of English and Italian (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Spanish) is a plusHigh intercultural competence and willingness to travel within and outside of EuropeYou will be offeredSupportive, respectful and appreciative work atmosphere in a small, dedicated teamDiverse learning culture and individual development opportunitiesInternational and growing family business with short decision-making processes, financial independence and long-term perspectiveNew work, flexible working hours and mobile workingIf you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Tilman Grumbd at Optares Medical via tilman.grumbd@optares.de or by phone under +49 441 21879-34
