The role involves promoting, presenting, and selling consulting services and IT engagements that help healthcare providers improve cost efficiency, operational productivity, and patient care quality.What Youll DoLead the development and presentation of proposals for client engagements designing and implementing healthcare business and technology solutions.Support implementation, oversee deliverables quality, and manage relationships to ensure high performance, acting as a trusted advisor.Serve as SME on industry trends, market regulations, and healthcare policy within the customer segment.Build and maintain customer relationships to generate new sales and retain existing business.Develop a pipeline for new projects and value expansions by understanding customer needs.Negotiate contracts to secure long-term commitments, managing the process from quotation to contract signing.Integrate insights from business analysis into multi-year strategic plans.Coordinate Abbott resources to execute strategic account plans, assign roles, and set expectations and timelines.Ensure compliance with quality system requirements in all activities.EducationBachelors degree or equivalent experience required.Preferred: Bachelors in medical, life sciences, or medical technology.Required QualificationsMinimum 4 years experience in selling digital health solutions.Proven track record in Pre-Sales, Sales, or Business Development.Experience in Hospital, E-Health, Outpatient Care, or Diagnostics sectors.Expertise in IT technology within healthcare environments and understanding of how technology adds value.Strong relationship building and consulting skills.Service-driven and commercially minded.Fluent in Italian and English.Proven success supported by management and customer references.IT-Consulting and Diagnostics experience are preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
