Job Description The Guest Relation Specialist is dedicated to our Anantara suites, ensuring a very personal, detailed, and seamless service. He/She will take good care of all the guests needs, from pre-arrival to post-departure. With discretion and good manners, he/she will be seen by guests as a competent and reliable person, projecting ownership by never intruding or imposing. Our first impression on guests is crucial for a lasting impact on their memories. Our deportment, manners, etiquette, grooming, and non-verbal communication must reflect the heritage of Anantara. Ensure all Suites and guest areas are properly cleaned and maintained according to hotel standards. Promptly communicate guest requests, preferences, or useful information to relevant departments. Be knowledgeable about hotel features and surroundings. Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Anticipate guest needs with exceptional attention to detail. Build rapport with guests, maintaining interactions to recognize and record their preferences and needs. Adhere to Anantara Brand Standards, etiquette, and procedures as per LQA standards. Create memorable "wow moments" during guests'' stay. Report for duty punctually, wearing proper uniform and name tag. Maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene. Ensure complete shift handovers and effective communication within the team. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front of House teams. Set up suites based on guest history and requests. Work any shift assigned by the Head of Department. Support the Butler team with luggage and shoe treatments as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous hotel or similar experience. Knowledge of service skills. Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions.
