This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions while working with a leading company at the forefront of innovation.In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities and be part of a dedicated and collaborative Hub HR team.Your Responsibilities:Oversee and manage a range of HR projects impacting Hub business.Drive workforce planning tools and processes, contribute to their development, and coach HRBPs and managers on their usage and data quality.Maintain Hitachi Global Grading consistency and accuracy across the Hub. Own the job mapping process and recommend global grading adjustments.Lead Hub people analytics: design and deliver dashboards, educate HRBPs and managers, and ensure data accuracy through audits.Support key HR processes such as salary reviews, incentive plans, talent reviews, performance management, and engagement surveys by defining data requirements and reporting.Assist in the usage and education of HR tools across the Hub, collaborating with HRBPs to resolve issues.Conduct audits on HR data quality using Workday.Contribute to HR transformation projects related to data management, digitalization, and tools.Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role with project management skills.In-depth knowledge of Workday.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.Flexibility, results-oriented mindset, and team collaboration skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
