- Practical, hands-on mentality
- Clear verbal communication including the ability to communicate empathy and be concise
- Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence
- Experience with Salesforce (nice to have)
- Experience with basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word
- Fuent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:
- Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
- Build the coverage in the assigned region supporting and monitoring agencies work in the territory
- Build a business case in collaboration with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for business expansion in the assigned region
- Find and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users) in the assigned region
- Develop new projects and report in Salesforce keeping track in the area
- Be the Italy reference for trainings to agencies and customers
- Be the Italy reference for the BLE system and work closely with agencies to present it to customers and with HQ to develop better the system
- Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple marketing team
- Meet the targets and budget
- Manage internal relationships between channels and departments
