For talent based in Spain, and also highlight that this is a temporary position of 6 months only.
The Monetisation Squad is primarily responsible for maximising the economic value each user brings to the company (Lifetime Value or LTV). To achieve this, the team focuses on optimizing three key revenue streams:
Subscriptions : Recurring payments that users make to gain extended access to certain features and/or exclusive functionalities available only to subscribers.
One-off purchases : Purchases of items that grant temporary access to extra features or higher usage limits. In the app ecosystem, these are commonly known as In-App Purchases (IAP).
Ads : Ads displayed to users who do not have an active subscription, allowing us to subsidize the experience for Free users while maintaining a sustainable business model. In the app ecosystem, this is usually referred to as In-App Ads (IAA)
What Youll Own Drive
Yes, this section comes before the skillsbecause no matter how rockstar you are with Figma or how well you handle Design Tokens, if we dont culturally match, it wont work.
Has a genuine love for data. Not just a passing interest. We want someone who checks dashboards and wonders how were doing in Monetization for the Dating vertical. Did you spot a weird trend in renewals? Think our Install-to-Payer conversion is tanking and no one has noticed? Raise your hand! Well appreciate it. In 2025, Ideawise doesnt believe in roles that ignore data. A Product Designer must not only understand their impact but also grasp how their vertical and the company are performing. Not asking too much, right?
PROACTIVITY. In all caps. We dont want someone who just executes what a PM/PO puts in a ticketplease, no. The era where PMs were demi-gods dictating direction from Olympus is over. We need someone with judgment, someone who questions whether something makes sense, suggests A/B tests, and contributes UI/UX improvements and beyond.
Attention to detail and organization. Seems obvious, right? But trust us, its not. If you know how to keep your assets neatly arranged, your screens properly named, and your files stored in cloud environments instead of your local desktopyouve got an edge! (Seriously, go apply now!)
A hunger to make an impact. If youre looking for a cozy job where you dont have to think much and ambition isnt your thing, our first date probably wont go very well. So lets save ourselves the trouble. But if youre bursting with ideas, eager to contribute, and ready to put your brain to worktell us about it. :)
Owning projects end-to-end: Here, youll have projects that are yours. Fully yours. From start to finish, from 1 to 100 (or even beyond). We need someone who takes things personally (in the best way possible) and sees them through. When things go great, soak in the applause. When things go sideways, be ready to face the tough questions. Bottom line? Accountability isnt just a word for youits in your DNA.

Experience working in Product Teams: Youve worked side by side with Product Managers (PMs) and understand how to align design with business goals.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Ideally, youve worked in Scrum environments and know your way around project management tools like Jira.
Strong documentation skills: You should be able to clearly document your work, processes, and decisions. Confluence will be your best friend.
Storytelling communication: Being able to explain your work, the why behind your design decisions, and influence stakeholders is crucial.
Experience with Monetization in B2C brands: You understand key metrics and feel comfortable explaining how your work impacts ARPU, LTV, or Install-to-Payer CVRand why.
A/B Testing experience (spoiler: well ask for real examples in the interview!). Youve worked closely with PMs and Devs to set up experiments, understand what a feature flag is, and know why a test might not be statistically significant. And, of course, you raise your hand when a test i
