As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for independently operating, monitoring, and optimising complex production installations. You will oversee the entire production process, detect any deviations, and take timely action to safeguard both quality and continuity. In addition, you will carry out first-line maintenance and work closely with colleagues from the technical and quality departments.
Your responsibilities
- Operate and adjust the production process in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Conduct quality checks and analyse process data
- Identify malfunctions and perform minor technical maintenance tasks
- Contribute to process improvement and optimisation initiatives
- Record production and quality data in the system
What you bring
- A completed VAPRO C, MBO-4 in Process Technology, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience as a process operator in a production environment
- Strong technical insight and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a 2- or 5-shift system
- A proactive and precise approach to your work
