About the vacancy
For the headquarters in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to ensure the success of the company with their customers. As the primary advocate for the customers, you will become an expert on Onboard and Contracts, driving optimal use and satisfaction. Acting as the first line of support, youll collaborate closely with users, developers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to prevent and resolve issues, while also contributing to the development and testing of the company''s products and services.
Your responsibilities within the role:
- Customer Support and Training: Provide expert guidance and training for external users to maximize their success with Onboard and Contracts.
- Issue Resolution: Actively resolve customer issues, coordinating with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Continuously collect and refine customer needs into actionable user stories and contribute to product enhancements.
- System Performance Monitoring: Oversee system performance, including storage and log reviews, to maintain optimal operations.
- Testing and Deployment: Support release deployments by conducting thorough manual and automated testing of new and existing features.
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure Onboard and Contracts meet the highest quality and security standards.
- Product Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on all supported products, including Personal Loans, Private leases, Financial leases, and Operational leases.
We are looking for you if you:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Hold a higher professional education or university-level degree.
- Are fluent in Dutch and English
- Possess knowledge of Consumer Finance (Loan Management) and/or Automotive Leasing.
- Have experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Salesforce, and Postman (preferred).
- Are familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies (preferred).
