Our Webstite : www.akkodis.com As a Project Manager Capex, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closure of capital expenditure (Capex) projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Manage the entire project lifecycle of Capex projects, from initiation to closure. Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate activities among internal teams and external partners to ensure effective project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management on status, risks, and opportunities. Identify and manage risks associated with projects, implementing appropriate mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards. Participate in change management and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with research and development, manufacturing, and quality departments to ensure alignment of projects with the companys strategic goals. Qualifications: Degree in engineering, project management, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field. Significant experience in managing Capex projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical field. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
