The role involves working closely with project teams,business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a smoothtransition, system optimization, and effective user adoption. Itgives an exciting opportunity to be involved in an ERPimplementation right from the start. Our client is specialised in aspecific FMCG domain. It''s an international company, with more than40 sub-enterprises but that still keeps a transparent and familymindset and approach. Pre-Implementation Phase: RequirementGathering: Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows,pain points, and data structures to support ERP systemconfiguration. Vendor Collaboration: Assist in liaising with ERPvendor(s) and implementation partner(s) to ensure system setupaligns with business needs. System Testing: Participate in systemtesting, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to identifypotential issues before deployment. Data Preparation: Support datacollection, cleansing, and migration efforts to ensure accuracy andcompleteness. Training Preparation: Help develop user trainingmaterials and readiness programs ahead of deployment. ChangeManagement Support: Assist in communicating system changes andguiding teams through process adjustments. Post-ImplementationPhase: User Support: Serve as a first point of contact for end-userissues, troubleshooting, and guidance. System Optimization:Identify and suggest improvements to configurations and workflowsbased on user feedback and business needs. Ongoing Training:Deliver refresher training and support new hires in learning thesystem. Performance Monitoring: Help monitor ERP systemperformance, escalate technical issues, and collaborate with the ITteam or vendors for resolution. Reporting: Assist in setting upstandard and custom reports to ensure stakeholders have access tonecessary data insights. Education: Bachelor''s degree in IT,Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience & Technical Skills: At least 2 years in ERP support,administration, or a similar role. Experience with ERP platformslike SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similarsystems. Understanding of ERP modules such as finance, supplychain, manufacturing, and sales. Familiarity with SQL, basicscripting, and system integration concepts is a plus. Must befluent in English any other language is a plus. Soft Skills: Stronganalytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities to work with technical andnon-technical users. Ability to manage multiple tasks andprioritize effectively. Certifications: ERP-related certifications(e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Microsoft DynamicsCertification) are a plus.
