EFI is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our Inkjet Business Division in Italy. This role will be responsible for managing EFIs direct and indirect business relationships with customers and partners in the region.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota objectives.Maintain and expand EFIs leading Inkjet market position in the assigned region.Engage in prospecting activities, including cold calling, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, customer analysis, and needs assessments, to build a robust pipeline.Prepare professional proposals tailored to customer requirements.Maximize all leads and opportunities to increase deal volume and value, accelerating the sales process.Develop and maintain professional relationships that align with our core values.Foster proactive relationships with partners involved in opportunities.Provide accurate sales forecasting based on realistic assessments, including opportunities through direct and channel sales.Develop and implement strategies for major accounts.Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with managed accounts.Keep account and opportunity data current in the CRM system (Salesforce.com).Support the communication and execution of Inkjet sales and marketing campaigns.Job RequirementsProven sales experience with a track record of successful deal closures, preferably in high-value capital goods, services, or (Digital) Printing Markets.Ability to leverage existing relationships and knowledge of accounts.Highly motivated and dynamic professional with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proactive and autonomous work approach.Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all organizational levels.Understanding of current market trends.Experience in the Graphic Arts / Printing industry is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
