Job Title: Business Process & Agile Tools Specialist

Daily Rate: 400 euros
We are seeking a highly motivated and Business Process & Agile Tools Specialist to join our client that is in the Public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and optimize business processes using Software AG ARIS Architect and Designer.
- Develop and manage databases using Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Manage project documentation and collaboration through Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers via GitHub for version control and code management.
- Use ServiceNow to manage service requests, incidents, and project workflows.
- Lead and support projects using PM and PM Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Proficiency in Software AG ARIS (both Architect and Designer).
- Solid experience with Atlassian suite, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management methodologies, especially PM and PM Agile.
- Proven experience working in agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
